The Metalektro world is a rapidly changing industry. Older employees are afraid of becoming redundant. FME, together with other industry unions, is therefore challenging Metalektro employees to do more with their skills. To help these workers we launched watjijkan.nl where they can do a skill-test and find out what other opportunities the industry offers. We also introduced The Switch Week in witch Metalektro employees can use their skills differently during a one day internship.
To kick off this campaign we've created a video that challenges employees to look differently at their job. To emphasise this challenge, and to create a unique style, the commercial and the imagery is shot from the POV of the industry itself.
